Project Overview

This home remodeling project in Irvine involved a full and complete interior renovation, transforming the property with modern finishes and custom-designed elements.

Legacy & Co. Construction Inc. removed all existing interior cabinets, flooring, and light fixtures to create a clean foundation for the renovation. The project focused on installing new finishes throughout the home, including updated cabinetry, lighting, and carefully selected materials to achieve a cohesive and elevated design.



Custom features such as natural wood slat accents, quartz countertops, and a full natural stone fireplace were incorporated to enhance both visual appeal and functionality.

Quartz countertops were installed to provide durable and modern surfaces, while the fireplace was constructed using a single slab of natural stone to create a bold focal point.

Bathroom tiles were carefully selected and designed by an interior designer, ensuring a refined and cohesive aesthetic. Natural wood vanities were installed and stained to complement the overall design, while custom iron stair railings added both structural integrity and visual detail.
