Project Overview

This high-end home remodeling project involved a complete transformation of an older property with a dated layout and aging interior.

Legacy & Co. Construction Inc. performed a full interior gut renovation, rebuilding the home from the studs outward to create a modern, updated living environment. The project focused on opening the floor plan to improve flow and functionality while incorporating contemporary finishes throughout the home.



Upgrades included new engineered flooring, smooth wall finishes, modern cabinetry, and a complete bathroom renovation, along with a full exterior update.

Interior Layout Improvements

A key focus of this renovation was improving the layout and overall flow of the home.

By opening the floor plan, the space now provides better connectivity between living areas, allowing for more functional use of the home. The updated layout supports modern living by creating a more open and accessible environment.

These changes significantly improved both usability and visual openness throughout the property.

Material Installation and Finishing

Modern materials and clean finishing techniques were used to elevate the overall appearance of the home.



Engineered flooring was installed to provide durability and a consistent surface throughout the interior. Walls were finished with a level 5 smooth texture to create a clean and refined look, complemented by fresh interior paint.

The kitchen was upgraded with European-style cabinets, while the bathroom remodel introduced modern fixtures and finishes. The exterior was also updated, replacing traditional stucco with fiber cement siding for improved durability and a more contemporary appearance.
